SITE Determining where to build (if you don't already own your site). The purchase price of the site is a large portion of the total investment. The site also can determine, to a certain extent, the type of house to be built as well as the floorplan or layout. |

DESIGN Knowing how much you're willing to spend and where you plan on building will greatly determine the size, style, and specifications of your home. If you already have a plan, an estimate will be created. If a plan is needed, we will work together to create a plan based on your wants and needs as well as the answers derived form Steps 1 & 2. Before the final plans are drawn, estimates are given to determine if we're in budget. If not, revisions are made until we are in budget. |

LOAN Financing your project. Once plans and specifications are complete and a final budget is set, interim financing can be obtained to start the project. If you do not already have a Lender, we will be happy to refer you to established local companies for financing. |
