About The Company

Scott Redfearn Quality Homes is a division of Scott E. Redfearn Inc., a Texas corporation founded in 2000.  The Company has two officers: Scott E. Redfearn, President and Laurie Redfearn, Vice President/Secretary.  Our office is located at 1010 North Jefferson Avenue, Mount Pleasant, Texas 75455.

Scott E. Redfearn was born 2/16/63 in Mt. Pleasant, Texas and graduated in 1981 from Mt. Pleasant High School.  In 1985 he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.  He is a member of  Phi Delta Theta fraternity.  Having obtained his Real Estate license during his Senior year,  he entered the Real Estate brokerage business in Dallas with David Little Real Estate.  In 1987 he returned home to open a brokerage company and to develop (through Redfearn Properties, Inc.)  Greenhill Park, a residential subdivision located adjacent to Mt. Pleasant Country Club.  In  1989 he joined with Redfearn Real Estate Company as a partner.  During this period he has been active in home building, developing, brokering and managing properties.  Since divesting his partnership with Redfearn Real Estate in 1998, more emphasis was placed on construction and developing and Scott Redfearn Quality Homes has evolved into his main profession.  He and his wife Laurie have three children, Cassie, Janie, & Kennedy.  He is a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church and is very active in the community.  He currently is  a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission and serves on the facility committee at Chapel Hill I.S.D..  He is past President of  the Titus Co. Division of  the American Heart Association and of the Mt. Pleasant Country Club, Director of Chamber of Commerce, Director of MP Industrial Foundation and Vestry member of Trinity Parish.

Laurie Redfearn

 

 

Laurie Redfearn was born 7/12/62 in Dallas, Texas  and graduated in 1980 from Highland Park High School.  In 1984 she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University.  She is a member of  Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.  After moving to Mt. Pleasant, she worked in the office of the Pediatric Clinic from 1989 to 1991.  In 1992 she became involved with her husband in the real estate industry as office and rental property manager.  In 1998, along with managing rental property, she has become an integral part of  Scott Redfearn Quality Homes.  She and her husband Scott have three children, Cassie, Janie, & Kennedy.  She is a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church and is very active in the community.  She has served on the boards of Tennison Learning Center,  Titus County Girls Softball Association, Mt Pleasant Country Club, Chapel Hill Athletic Booster Club and St. Mark's Episcopal Vestry.  She is a charter member of Mt. Pleasant Junior Auxiliary and member of 20th Century Club III.

Bud McCollum has recently joined Scott Redfearn inc as our job superintendant.  Bud was born and raised in the cookville area. He is a licensed plumber.
